Our price quotations are firm and final for a period of 45 days.
Any order placed with us is only binding upon written confirmation from our part. Modifications require written acceptance. In the event of unilateral cancellation, a compensation of 30% of the total amount may be claimed.
Unless otherwise stipulated, delivery times are given as an indication only. If specified as imperative, a delay may entitle compensation capped at 10% of the price. Force majeure, non-compliance with payment terms, client changes, or missing information shall release us from these deadlines.
Goods, even when shipped carriage paid, travel at the risk of the recipient. Claims must be sent by registered letter within 5 working days.
The seller retains ownership until full payment is received. The buyer may not sell or transfer the products before the account is fully settled.
Our invoices are payable on receipt. Late payments authorize the suspension of deliveries. Unpaid invoices bear legal interest plus a flat-rate surcharge of 15%.
Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund. The warranty covers a period of 2 years.
The company shall not be held liable for tools or materials belonging to the client stored on its premises.
The courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant shall have sole jurisdiction.
